The Grand Prize winner will receive a medical makeover from Vanishing Veins and Vivesse. The transformation will be featured on Fox 61 Morning News.
We will decide which treatments you need but they will include treatments for your legs, face and skin. All of this for free if you are the one deserving winner.

Entrants should be aware that there are risks associated with any medical treatment and that complications may arise even in the case of appropriately administered medical care that complies with the appropriate standards of care. The Practice is not responsible for, and each entrant hereby waives any and all claims against the Practice with respect to, expenses incurred by entrant as a result of such medical complications.
There is no cash alternative and the Prize must be accepted as offered. The Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
All expenses not expressly provided for in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, insurance and transportation are solely Prize Winner’s responsibility.
Prior to the administration of any treatment informed medical consent must be given by the winner, who must make a determination in his or her own judgment as to whether to give such consent. A copy of such consent is available upon request.
